TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promotion
- This Macpherson x Screwfix promotion (“Promotion”) is promoted by the Promoter and will run from 00:00 on 1st June 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 30th June 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man) residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Crown Paints, Screwfix, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Promotion Period
- The competition runs from 00:00 on 1st June 2025 to 23:59 on 30th June 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
Qualifying Participant
- A qualifying participant is defined as an individual who:
- Meets the eligibility criteria;
- Purchases a minimum of 10 litres of Macpherson Contract Matt paint in white or magnolia in a single transaction from a Screwfix store, on the Screwfix website or on their app in the UK during the Promotion Period;
- Registers their details correctly on the competition microsite and uploads a valid photo (see paragraph 5.1 and 12) or screenshot of the purchase receipt;
How to Enter
- Customers must purchase a minimum of 10 litres of Macpherson Contract Matt paint in white or magnolia in a single transaction from a Screwfix store, website or on their app in the UK.
- Register their details on the competition microsite (winwithmacpherson.com) and upload a clear photo or screen shot of their receipt showing the qualifying purchase.
- One entry per qualifying transaction. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying purchases and accompanying proof of purchase. One entry per customer per day. Customers are able to submit an entry on a date following their purchase receipt date as long as they are within the Promotion Period.
- Crown Paints reserves the right to verify that qualifying purchases have not been returned before issuing prizes
Prizes
- There are 30 x £100 Screwfix vouchers to be won (one per day throughout the Promotion Period).

- Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Winner Selection
- One winner will be drawn at random daily from all valid entries received up to that date. Each draw will take place as outlined below:

- Non-winning entries will not roll over to subsequent draws.
Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified by email within five working days of the draw.
- If a winner does not respond within seven days, Crown Paints reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Receipt Requirements
- The receipt must be clearly legible, showing the date, and qualifying product purchased.
- Altered, illegible, or fraudulent receipts will result in disqualification.
General Terms:
- Crown Paints reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
- The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Data Protection
- Personal data will be used for the administration of this competition only and handled in accordance with Crown Paints’ privacy policy.
